Where the FSA does not have the information to calculate the 2009/10 FSA fees and levies for the FOS and the FSCS, then a request for fee tariff data will have been issued in January.
These Forms [Section J on GABRIEL] must be completed and returned by 28 February 2009. Where firms do not return their tariff data in response to a written request the FSA will levy an estimated figure and also charge a £250 administrative fee.
